Q4: What is your sample policy?
A: If we have the required parts in stock, we can provide samples. However, the customer is responsible for covering the costs of the samples and shipping.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
A: The payment is required as follows: 30% as a deposit via T/T, and the remaining 70% before delivery. Before you make the final payment, we will send you photos of the products and their packaging.
Q6: Do you conduct any tests on all the products before delivery?
A: Yes, we carry out 100% quality inspections before shipping the products.
Q7: How long is the delivery time?
A: For products in stock, the delivery time is usually 5–10 days. For custom-made products, the delivery period ranges from 15–30 days, depending on the quantity ordered.
